 Hotel Description:

Those preferring to leave work at home can fill their days by making use of the facilities on offer at the property's subtropical aquapark (including water chute, swimming pool with waves and spa center) and their nights trying their luck in the hotel's casino. Dating back to 1901, this completely renovated hotel with private beach commands spectacular views of the town of Helsingor's majestic Kronborg Castle. Kronborg Castle - one of the most important renaissance-age buildings in northern Europe and the inspiration for the setting of Shakespeare's Hamlet - lies just two kilometers away, while the city of Copenhagen and its airport lie 60 kilometers away and is easily accessible from the hotel's own train station (Marienlyst). The property's environs diverge from the Swedish coastline on the rear doorstep, to the manmade lake and forestry at the façade. Both these are offered as views from traditionally designed guestrooms, all boasting state of the art Bang and Olufsen televisions and kitted out with dark wood furniture. The building stretches to a top-class conference center offering business guests the choice of up to 21 fully equipped rooms, several with capacity for up to 400 people. Two restaurants - one a classical dining room, the other offering sea views and extending to a bar and nightclub - serve lunch and dinner.
